Sweet Rosemary Chicken

Need something to do with your harvested rosemary and thyme?  This was so good and the kids loved it!

Sweet Rosemary Chicken

1lb chicken breast chopped
2 T lemon juice
1 T honey
1 tsp rosemary
½ tsp thyme
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Salt and pepper chicken and cook on medium in cast iron till no longer pink.  Add honey, mix with chicken and let boil 1-2 minutes.  Add rest of ingredients and cook till liquid reduced.  Serve over steamed potatoes or in a salad! Enjoy.
