Whole30 Chicken Wraps

These were so good and my family eat all of them.  Sad to say, there were no leftovers.  :)

CHICKEN WRAPS

1 LB chicken thighs, diced and cooked
1 chopped granny smith apple
1/4 cup diced red grapes
1/4 cup cashew butter
1/2 red onion minced
2 tsp of Curry powder
2 caps Apple Cider Vinegar
Bibb Lettuce


Mix all ingredients together and serve on top of the Bibb lettuce.  These make an awesome spring meal!  Eat with some fresh fruit!
